This is just a quick overview of my homebrewing extract process. Well, it’s not that quick. This is most accurately described as an extract plus steeping grains process. The extract is not hopped so hops are added during a 60 minute boil.

This is how I bottle beer in my small apartment. I made a fermenter which also serves as a bottling vessel. I also use carbonation drops instead of priming sugar.
